Farfalle tricolori with speck

Cut 100 g of speck (or raw ham) into strips and brown in 70 g of butter with 6 chopped sage leaves. In the meantime bring a saucepan of salted water to the boil and cook 400 g of farfalle tricolori according to the instructions on the packet. Toss the pasta with the speck and a few sage leaves, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
