Jumbo with broccoli and aromatic herbs

Method

Put the oil with the anchovy fillets in a pan and cook on a low flame, season a little, add the sliced tomato and cook for about 10 minutes. Cut the heads of the broccoli into small pieces and blanch quickly in boiling water, add to the rest of the sauce and season to taste. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water, pour into the sauce, sauté with the Pecorino cheese and serve on a dish. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with leaves of aromatic herbs.
