Paguri with bladder campion greens from Romagna

Mehod

Brown the chopped onion in oil and butter, add the stripped leaves of the bladder campion greens and the mature garlic. Brown gently for about 5 minutes, add the laurel and the tomato concassé and leave to cook for 10 minutes. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water, pour into the sauce and cream with the extra mature Parmesan cheese.

80 gr butter

60 gr extra mature Parmesan cheese
300 gr tomato concassé
1 laurel leaf
10 gr laurel leaf
